b. shipped via regular postal service with cash payment on delivery
c. online, we can send you a PDF document thru e-mail

 

The experience gift voucher redemption process:

1. after the handover of the gift, the recipient can choose from the services indicated on the voucher.

2. after choosing the most interesting program for you, call the number on the voucher, and make an appointment!

3. vouchers can be redeemed within 1 year of the purchase date (the expiry date is indicated on the voucher).

Unique gift vouchers

You can personalize the gift voucher by having your personal message and photo added to the voucher.

This service costs an extra 1500 HUF

Important: The unique message and photo only appears in the presentation CD, not on the cover of the voucher.

Placing a unique text message:

The only thing to do is to send us an e-mail with your personal message which you can acompany with a photo of your choice (the maximum lenght of the text should not exceed 5 lines)

The photo is not picture perfect?

That is not a problem, on your request we can correct your photo. (Eg removing disturbing background, redeye,etc.)

Fulfilling individual wishes:

If you would like to order a unique gift voucher, than you are free to mix and compile the contents from the available options. For example, you can book a four people off-road tour with included lunch and wellness. (The package price is always discussed with the customer)

 

The content of the experience gift voucher box:

It comes in a very nice case, with a unique registration code on the CD. With a help of a computer you can display the detailed description of the available experience as a part of a visual presentation of the gift. (Microsoft Windows operation system is required, Internet access is not required.)

 

"PDF" vouchers via E-mail:

Our Gift Voucher’s new, fast, and environmentally-friendly version!

It is also important for us to protect our environment, therefore  if you order the experience gift voucher in "PDF" format, we will give you an additional 5% discount from the price!

The PDF version is also available with custom text, pictures.

The PDF voucher purchase process:

1. Please choose which experience gift voucher you want to give (ie "off-road adventure tour")
2. Fill out the order form,  your order  will be confirmed within 24 hours.
3. Please transfer the amount of the invoice to us.
4. After receiving your payment, we will send you the voucher in an e-mail in "PDF" format with a unique registration code. The  invoice will be mailed to the address you provided. (In urgent cases, we accept a copy of the transfer receipt)
5. Finally you can print the voucher and hand it over the recipient.
